Students
Student registrants must be full-time students at the conference time and need to upload a softcopy of their student ID cards or a confirmation from the Head of Department into the online registration system and present it during the on-site registration as proof of their student status. The document should contain the same name as your registration account and should contain an expiry date.
Registration Instruction
Registration is open from 24 Jun 2024 10:00(HKT) to 14 Oct 2024 23:59(HKT).
You need to submit the online registration form and settle the payment for your registration fee using the payment system.
Upon verification by the Conference Secretariat, successful registrants will be notified of their acceptance to attend the forum via email within 7 working days after the payment is completed.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by 30 Sep 2024, we will refund the delegate 50% of the registration fee. After that, no refund will be payable to the delegate
