The Organizing Committee invites participants to submit abstracts of original, unpublished works for oral or poster presentations. In this scientific meeting, we will cover following topics:
- Coupled Atmosphere-Ocean Dynamics and Climate Change
- Biogeochemical Cycles in Ocean-Land-Atmospheric System and Carbon Neutrality
- Ocean Technology, Digital-Twin and Blue Economy
- Earth System Study in the Greater Bay Area
Types of Presentation
All authors should indicate whether their abstract should be considered for an oral or poster presentation. Abstracts submitted for oral presentation but not selected for oral presentation may be considered for poster presentation by the Organizing Committee
i) Oral Paper Presentation
A selection of abstracts will be accepted for oral presentations. The duration of the presentation will be communicated at a later date to presenters for accepted abstracts.
ii) Poster Presentation
Participants are also encouraged to submit their work for poster presentations that will promote direct exchange of ideas between presenter and delegates. Posters will be set up in a dedicated area. Poster formats will be communicated to presenters for accepted abstracts.

Please submit your Abstract in the final step of the Online Registration Form.
Submission Deadline: 25 Sep 2024
Abstracts must be limited to 300 words (text only) - not including the title, authors, or affiliations.
Abstract Receipt Confirmation
- Upon successful abstract submission, author will receive a confirmation email within 7 working days after registration payment is completed.
- Lack of acknowledgement will indicate that the abstract was not received, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
- Abstracts must be submitted by 25 Sep 2024, abstracts received after this date will not be accepted.
Notification of Acceptance
The presenting author of each abstract accepted for oral presentation or poster presentation will be notified by email by 7 Oct 2024. If the presenting author is unable to present the abstract, a co-author can take his/her place. The Presenting Author must inform the Conference Secretariat of this change in name no later than 27 Sep 2024.
